Director, Product Category Management – Pharmaceuticals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a complex department and product category with substantial scope and financial implications.

• Manage the pharmaceutical category, which includes Brands, Generics, and Specialty medications.

• Formulate product category strategies to align with organizational objectives.

• Create initiatives aimed at boosting sales, market share, and profitability.

• Provide mentorship to other Product Category Managers and specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 12 or more years of progressively responsible and complex experience in product category management.

• At least 5 years of management experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or its global equivalent in a related field.

• Proficiency in a variety of technical and business skills.
