Director, Private Equity Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and enhance relationships with private equity firms, operating partners, and executives from portfolio companies.

• Advocate the advantages of our Fractional CIO & Advisory services, which encompass digital transformation, software and vendor selection, IT leadership, and optimization of business processes.

• Act as a trusted consultant to private equity firms and portfolio leadership, pinpointing ways to minimize risk, expedite value creation, and modernize through technology.

• Work in partnership with internal delivery teams to ensure the right advisors are matched with client opportunities.

• Represent Net at Work at select industry events, networking functions in private equity, and engagements with portfolio companies.

• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and refine positioning to align with the evolving priorities of private equity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, or advisory roles with significant exposure to the private equity sector, or direct experience in private equity.

• Demonstrated success in mid to senior-level sales or business development positions within the private equity environment.

• Proven history of selling or delivering high-value professional services, such as strategy, ERP, IT transformation, and digital initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of private equity operations, including deal cycles, value creation planning, and portfolio support frameworks.

• Executive presence with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling abilities.

• Profound understanding of consulting, enterprise technology, and the capacity to translate technical solutions into business results.

• Self-motivated individual with the ambition to develop a new channel and scale it from the ground up.
