📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the long-term strategy and roadmap for DMP, integrating Voice of Customer insights, industry trends, and innovations in decision automation.

• Create an innovation framework that enhances DMP's core capabilities, including identity access management, compute, data service providers, and infrastructure, to boost competitive edge and platform adoption.

• Balance immediate customer requirements with a strategic vision for market leadership, incorporating build versus buy assessments and growth forecasts to guide development prioritization.

• Ensure the rationalization of DMP capabilities across Decisioning, Analytics, Feature Management, Optimization, and Simulation, to provide a unified platform-driven customer experience.

• Establish a position of thought leadership in the market through analyst reviews, publications, public relations, emerging industry practices, and client interactions.

• Connect and quantify growth dependencies (focusing on customer satisfaction) for enabling Platform capabilities, collaborating with fellow Platform Management team members to influence development prioritization.

• Develop well-structured development proposals through the prioritization process and offer guidance and accountability to designated Engineering Teams.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a small team of Senior Managers and Managers, promoting a culture of innovation, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

• Set, monitor, and refine standard pricing, contract terms, and commercial constraints that support DMP market adoption and recurring revenue growth while ensuring profitable business returns.

• Drive ongoing improvement of COGS, operational efficiency, and expense management aligned with business objectives and informed by Sales feedback.

• Plan, review, and coordinate DMP ecosystem communications concerning releases, enhancements, enablement, and collateral, including FICO Sales, Partners, and Solutions stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of DMP services in alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

• Develop and maintain an accurate customer-facing roadmap for DMP that covers near-term delivery and future platform direction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in platform or product management, encompassing product ideation, roadmap development and validation, scrum product ownership, and coordination with engineering in an Agile setting.

• Extensive knowledge of the Decisioning industry across banking, insurance, telecommunications, and emerging sectors, with a strong understanding of client business challenges and how decisioning capabilities can address these.

• Comprehension of decision logic execution within pipelines, including rules engines, Machine Learning models, and mathematical optimization, along with the ability to convey these capabilities into attractive customer value propositions.

• Proven ability to identify, establish ROI, and prioritize market opportunities that span both discrete and integrated synergistic platform capabilities.

• Experience in navigating complex, matrixed organizations with a history of aligning cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority, and achieving consensus on decisions.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team of product professionals, with the capacity to coach and uplift others while maintaining personal accountability for results.

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the capability to distill complex platform and technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives for varied audiences.

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.

• A BS degree in business or software engineering is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
