This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Independently create and assess intricate models and simulations.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams while collaborating effectively to meet client needs.
• Establish partnerships with clients to offer strategic insights and recommendations.
• Provide strategic guidance on the integration of modeling and simulation outcomes and insights.
• Assist in conducting workshops and delivering training sessions.
• Mentor junior scientists and may oversee their work.
• Advocate for software and consulting services; may contribute to the creation of proposals and work scopes.
• Act as the primary contact for designated clients and projects.
• Advise clients on study design through the development and assessment of models.
• Effectively communicate and present modeling and simulation findings to clients.
• Utilize advanced software to develop, evaluate, and implement PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response models.
• Conduct model-based simulations to tackle crucial development inquiries.
• Compose pharmacometric reports and regulatory documents.
• Share scientific expertise and skills with colleagues.
• Over 10 years of experience in population PK and PK/PD modeling is preferred.
• Proficient in Monolix, NONMEM, and R.
• Professional background in applying Pharmacometrics within Clinical Pharmacology.
• Skilled in developing and delivering presentations.
• Highly self-driven and eager to embrace challenges.
• Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Some travel may be required for meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
