Director – PDS Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Providing outstanding project management services

• Overseeing and managing all facets of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success

• Ensuring timely project completion within budget while meeting quality standards

• Offering leadership and direction to project teams, empowering them to succeed and excel

• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives

• Advocating for JLL's values and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential

• At least 7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the commercial real estate sector

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently

• Solid problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
