This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and implement a partner sales strategy specifically for the Central European region, closely aligning with the Worldwide Channel & Alliances Sales Plan.
• Build and maintain a strong network of strategic partners and influencers throughout Central Europe, fostering trust and alignment with our innovative offerings.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, offering guidance, support, and talent development initiatives to achieve impactful partner outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and various functional groups to enhance regional strategy, spearhead marketing initiatives, and deliver thorough partnership training.
• Supply actionable market insights and competitor analysis to leadership, ensuring effective communication through regular progress updates and KPIs.
• Demonstrated track record of working with GSIs, VARs, and Distributors in the Central European market within the SaaS enterprise software sector.
• Significant experience in managing cross-functional teams to meet ambitious sales targets and organizational objectives.
• Proven experience in guiding sales through channel programs, collaborating with partners, and developing strategic partnerships.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain high-level strategic partnerships.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to lead partner discussions and initiatives across the region.
