This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Lead a team of partner managers based in the APJ region, responsible for establishing partnerships from inception to completion, including contractual obligations, integrating New Relic technology offerings into the marketplace, executing go-to-market strategies, tracking opportunities, and generating reports.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain relationships at various levels across all cloud partners to boost visibility and foster partnership growth.
• Ensure that our partners' sales, technical, service, and management teams are adequately supported to ensure the success of the partnership.
• Facilitate a collaborative partner business planning process that establishes mutual performance objectives, identifies joint customer targets, and highlights critical achievements.
• Collaborate with cloud partners and internal alliance team members to strategize the development and launch of SaaS offerings for New Relic within these partnerships.
• Work alongside your team to identify and document standardized processes for co-selling by partners.
• Build and manage the partner-sourced pipeline for all partners.
• Maintain high-level relationships with all cloud partners, ensuring that our strategic objectives align with field activities while allowing your team members the autonomy they need.
• Ensure that training, enablement, and educational sessions are conducted for all partners.
• Keep detailed reports on partner opportunities developed, pipeline progress, and deals closed.
• A Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution.
• Extensive experience in building and leading successful, large-scale partnerships within the cloud provider ecosystem.
• A remarkable track record in creating joint business plans, value propositions, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies, along with successful fulfillment of both strategic and collaborative opportunity goals.
