Director, Partner-Integrated Delivery & Launch PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the operating model, scope, and maturity roadmap for the Partner Launch PMO.

• Establish the strategic direction for managing partner launches across various partner categories.

• Utilize launch performance data, risk patterns, and retrospective analyses.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Partner Strategy & Operations.

• Take ownership of the design, enterprise implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the partner launch framework.

• Act as the primary orchestration and governance lead for strategic partner launches.

• Create and uphold standardized Strategy and Operations program protocols.

• Collaborate closely with Strategic Initiatives and P&A leadership to ensure transparency regarding program portfolio health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management.

• A minimum of 3 years in a senior or director-level position overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

• Proven track record in establishing or expanding a PMO function.

• Experience in managing partner launches or implementation delivery programs within technology, SaaS, or professional services sectors.

• Strong executive presence and demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders across various organizations.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
