Director, Partner Activation – Acceleration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Partner Activation & Acceleration Specialists across various regional markets, including EMEA-based Specialist resources.

• Oversee the global team to ensure the acquisition of new partnerships and the development of robust working relationships with contributing clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners towards shared goals and objectives to enhance and scale the overall strategic advantages of the alliance.

• Ensure that partners progress from approval through operational readiness, activation milestones, first-deal readiness, and early revenue generation.

• Track partner readiness, onboarding SLAs, activation milestones, time-to-value, and early productivity indicators.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of PAAT playbooks, SOPs, activation frameworks, governance structures, and team operating procedures.

• Establish and sustain team-level reporting on time-to-activation, time-to-first revenue, SLA compliance, partner readiness, partner productivity, and process efficiency.

• Leverage data and qualitative insights to pinpoint trends, enhance operational performance, and provide recommendations to PAAT and S&O leadership.

• Aid in leadership updates, operational reviews, and executive-ready narratives concerning activation performance and the maturity of the partner operating model.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

• More than 8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, partner operations, partner management, business development, strategy & operations, consulting, or related areas.

• At least 3 years of experience in cross-functional team programs, including mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams.

• Proven experience leading intricate cross-functional initiatives within matrixed, global organizations.

• A solid track record of establishing scalable processes, governance models, operating rhythms, or business transformation initiatives.
