📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and effectiveness of AG1’s organic social media presence

• Establish a clear point of view regarding the role of each channel in achieving broader business objectives

• Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance AG1’s global social strategy

• Create data-informed, channel-specific strategies

• Propel innovative and culturally relevant creative content

• Manage the ongoing programming calendar

• Develop and maintain a thorough social measurement framework

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the social media team

• Coordinate with external partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

• Over 7 years of experience leading social media initiatives at top-tier brands

• Experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Wellness, and Lifestyle brands is advantageous

• Demonstrated success in driving creative innovation across social channels and enhancing metrics

• Self-motivated individual with a General Manager mindset

• Strong ability to operate cross-functionally

• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

• High-energy personality driven by innovative ideas
