Director, Operations Business Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact between Operations and the Product & Transformation teams, ensuring synchronization on process enhancements and business goals.

• Oversee comprehensive operational reviews, focusing on process improvements, pinpointing opportunities for greater efficiency, and risk management.

• Create, standardize, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to bolster operational uniformity and compliance.

• Propel initiatives aimed at maximizing workflow efficiency, minimizing risk, and enhancing service delivery.

• Supervise all release activities, ensuring that operational impacts are evaluated, risks are addressed, and teams are ready for transitions.

• Leverage data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making and boost performance optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a relevant field (Master's degree is preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience in operations strategy, process enhancement, or business architecture within the financial services sector or a similar industry.

• Strong grasp of operational risk management, process standardization, and efficiency enhancement.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and implement large-scale process improvements.

• Proficient in business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, and other operational frameworks.

• Experience working collaboratively with Product and Transformation teams to execute process improvements and system modifications.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
