Director, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing operational support and professional business advice to franchise owners

• Ensure adherence to operational and procedural standards

• Resolve operational challenges and assist with business analysis

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for studios

• Conduct monthly collaborative calls with Franchise Owners

• Host webinars and coordinate regional meetings

• Partner with the Support Center to launch new initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline

• 5–10 years of demonstrated success in supporting franchisees, experience in a franchised business, or in a field operations role

• Multi-unit management experience is preferred

• Background in the health, wellness, and fitness sectors is advantageous; familiarity with personal training or boutique fitness concepts is especially beneficial

• Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical and financial capabilities

• Excellent influencing skills with the ability to inspire a Franchise Owner to take action
