This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• A customer-oriented position focused on managing significant accounts and enhancing market accessibility for Novartis' product range.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders at target accounts.
• Developing and implementing business strategies for key accounts.
• Coordinating efforts between headquarters, account management, and regional leadership teams.
• Ensuring effective communication between Novartis and key accounts, as well as facilitating coordination among internal teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors with extensive, geographically distributed teams.
• Experience in at least two different cross-functional roles and/or experiences.
• At least 2 years of project management experience, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• A minimum of 2 years leading intricate projects that necessitate cross-functional and national alignment.
• A proven track record of outstanding performance and successful execution.
• Strong influencing capabilities, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in high-pressure situations.
• Candidates must reside within the designated territory or be within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 100 miles from the territory boundary.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% across a broad geographic area is essential, including the ability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
