Director, Omnichannel Strategy – Experience Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Omnichannel Strategy & Roadmap.

• Develop and refine the omnichannel marketing strategy that spans the entire customer and account lifecycle.

• Create and oversee a prioritized journey roadmap that aligns with business objectives, revenue implications, and audience requirements, while leading planning cycles to synchronize stakeholder priorities.

• Design comprehensive End-to-End Customer Journeys.

• Convert strategy into detailed journey blueprints that outline personas, buying groups, lifecycle stages, triggers, and intended outcomes.

• Establish how journeys advance through non-linear paths and how engagement evolves over time.

• Define decision-making processes, personalization, and channel orchestration.

• Clarify the function of each channel within the journey and how various signals (behavioral, intent, product usage, sales activity) influence interactions.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Collaborate closely with data, martech, content, and operations teams to guarantee that journey designs are executable and compatible with platform capabilities.

• Develop reusable experience design principles and journey frameworks that streamline design time for future journeys.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in SaaS or Enterprise customer journeys.

• Demonstrated expertise in lifecycle marketing, customer journey design, or journey orchestration.

• Familiarity with experience design and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.).

• Experience managing complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.

• Strong systems thinking ability and skill in translating strategy into structured frameworks.

• Experience collaborating with intricate global organizations and developing frameworks that can be adopted and scaled.
