This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Spearhead the comprehensive delivery of data science and advanced analytics solutions within the commercial pharmaceutical sector.
• Create and execute Next Best Action (NBA) models to enhance customer engagement and inform decision-making processes.
• Construct and expand omnichannel analytics frameworks, assimilating data from various touchpoints (CRM, digital, field, marketing).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Market Access) to convert business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Lead initiatives in customer segmentation, targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization strategies.
• Develop predictive models (propensity, churn, response, uplift modeling) to improve commercial performance.
• Manage data pipelines, oversee model deployment, and monitor systems in production environments.
• Guide and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Work in conjunction with data engineering teams to establish data architecture, data quality standards, and governance frameworks for analytics applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 12–18+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics, with substantial exposure to the commercial pharmaceutical landscape.
• Demonstrated experience in constructing and implementing Next Best Action (NBA) or recommendation systems.
• In-depth understanding of omnichannel engagement, encompassing CRM (e.g., Veeva), digital marketing, and field force data.
• Proficient in Python / R / SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical datasets such as claims, prescriptions (Rx), EMR, and patient-level data.
• Experience in customer analytics, segmentation, targeting, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Experience with GenAI / AI-driven personalization in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Previous consulting experience or background in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
