Director of Trade & Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, which include managing program specialty pharmacy, order processing and distribution, inbound and outbound logistics (shipment/transportation), issue resolution, and returns/replacement processing.

• Act as the main trade and distribution partner to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues concerning customer orders and shipments.

• Track performance and execution with selected specialty pharmacy and trade partners to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

• Utilize data to enhance performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities across channel partners.

• Propel process enhancements throughout distribution operations and analytics.

• Work collaboratively with patient services, field reimbursement, and sales teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience for patients, prescribing physicians, and Sites of Care.

• Manage all facets of state licensing requirements for Neurotech to ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with an MBA being preferable.

• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years in Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade & Distribution, or related areas.

• Profound understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, including product procurement through buy-and-bill.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong presentation and writing abilities.

• Exceptional customer relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse audiences and influencing cross-functional teams.

• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, along with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, depending on business needs.
