📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation, execution, and continuous management of a nationwide teleaudiology initiative.

• Develop scalable remote care models and establish care standards for teleaudiology services.

• Supervise a team of remote audiologists to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for patients.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, training, compliance, and executive leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Ph.D. in Audiology, Speech & Hearing Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Active audiology licensure in good standing.

• At least 5–7 years of clinical audiology experience, including leadership or management roles.

• Proven experience with teleaudiology, remote programming, telehealth, or hybrid care delivery models.

• Experience in developing clinical workflows, protocols, and operational processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of audiology clinical standards, patient care delivery, and hearing healthcare operations.

• Capability to lead and inspire remote teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong technological proficiency and comfort in using telehealth platforms and digital care tools.
