Director of Technical Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, establish, and facilitate lightweight delivery governance forums, which include stream synchronization meetings, cross-functional alignment reviews, and executive steering touchpoints.

• Drive operational accountability across Brahma AI workstreams.

• Proactively identify cross-stream dependencies, monitor commitments, and assess downstream operational impacts.

• Centralize real-time visibility over company-wide milestones, allocation of resources, and capacity limitations.

• Synthesize internal product priorities with custom client commitments while ensuring visibility into engineering capacity.

• Present objective, data-driven trade-off scenarios and delivery feasibility assessments to VP stream owners and the CTO.

• Define and implement standardized program management workflows, tracking mechanisms, and communication protocols.

• Enhance cross-stream handoff protocols among platform, AI foundation, and product delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Product, Project, and Engineering Leads, the CTO, and VP-level stream owners.

• Establish governance structures and a single source of truth for company-wide milestone progress and resource trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stream operational programs in fast-paced software, platform, or technology organizations.

• Proven history of designing, implementing, and managing program governance models, dependency mapping frameworks, and risk-tracking systems from the ground up.

• Advanced technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or generative AI workflows.

• Ability to assess dependency impacts and communicate effectively with engineering leads without directing technical execution.

• Exceptional skills in creating transparent tracking systems that objectively highlight capacity constraints, resource conflicts, and cross-stream risks to VP and C-level executives.

• Demonstrated experience balancing internal core platform development with custom enterprise client deliverables.

• Experience establishing program management disciplines or functioning as a founding IC TPM in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment (preferred).

• Background in environments that combine enterprise-grade client delivery with standard SaaS product roadmaps (preferred).
