This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, document, and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the complete hiring lifecycle, from position management in the HRIS to the final hiring stage in Greenhouse.
• Develop and maintain hiring capacity planning and forecasting, including a dynamic Capacity vs. Demand model for the upcoming 2 to 3 quarters.
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition tool ecosystem and its strategic roadmap.
• Manage relationships with vendors, promote tool adoption, and ensure systems are integrated and optimized.
• Formulate and execute a roadmap for AI in Operations to enhance talent rediscovery and boost recruiter productivity.
• Lead impactful Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as Referrals and Talent Masters programs.
• Enhance interview coordination through automation processes.
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and templates for candidate communications.
• Oversee reporting and analytics related to candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data to pinpoint bottlenecks and drive quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and priorities.
• Over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• A minimum of 4 years dedicated specifically to Talent Acquisition Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth technology setting.
• Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and related hiring technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring hiring tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• A systems-oriented mindset with experience in developing practical, scalable, and user-friendly documentation and SOPs.
• Strong analytical skills; capability to convert candidate sentiment and funnel metrics into operational enhancements.
• Established track record in launching and scaling employee referrals, university hiring, interviewer training, CRM, or Talent Rediscovery programs.
• Familiarity with AI and automation trends in HR technology and the ability to apply them to hiring challenges.
• Capacity to work collaboratively across Finance, People Operations, and Engineering departments.
