This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up and manage AccuLynx workflows, fields, permissions, templates, and standards.
• Assist in the configuration of systems across HubSpot, CompanyCam, financing platforms, estimating tools, and related revenue systems.
• Implement approved system enhancements and document any configuration modifications.
• Uphold CRM governance while ensuring platform consistency alongside permitted local flexibility.
• Track system usage and pinpoint missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data.
• Aid in partner data cleanup initiatives.
• Enhance lead source tracking, workflow precision, financing transparency, and reporting inputs.
• Collaborate with reporting teams to elevate dashboard reliability and forecasting precision.
• Assist in the implementation of revenue systems for both existing and newly acquired Partners.
• Engage in system audits, cleanup activities, rollout planning, and post-launch assistance.
• Collaborate with local Partner champions to promote adoption and address technical challenges.
• Educate office, sales, production, and field teams on system workflows and operational standards.
• Develop job aids, documentation, walkthroughs, and training resources.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Maintain documentation for approved configurations and workflows.
• Oversee administrative permissions and suggest governance enhancements.
• Aid in preventing configuration drift across the platform.
• Support the continuous evolution of the Stonegrove Operating System.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CRM, revenue systems, sales operations, business systems, or process improvement.
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting CRM platforms; AccuLynx is highly preferred.
• Background in enhancing data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational workflows.
• In-depth understanding of lead-to-cash business processes.
• Experience in training users and facilitating system adoption.
• Capability to document workflows, standards, and operating procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with executive leadership and field users.
• Willingness to travel to Partner locations as required.
• Preferred experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or home services.
• Prior experience with AccuLynx administration or configuration is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sage ERP integration or financial workflow knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with CRM implementations and workflow redesign is preferred.
• Knowledge of API integrations and reporting platforms is preferred.
• Experience in private equity or multi-location operational environments is preferred.
