📋 Description

• Lead Simprints’ strategic partnerships team to convert relationships and evidence into funded programs aimed at closing data gaps, enhancing verified coverage, and bolstering service delivery.

• Manage our most impactful partnership opportunities with ministries, multilaterals, and funders, developing solutions, fostering trust, and navigating opportunities from initial discussions to contract signing with clarity and integrity.

• Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and MEI teams to ensure that our commitments align with our deliverables.

• Work across teams to provide scalable solutions that address partner requirements.

• Establish new partnerships and guarantee long-term success through effective client engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the pipeline and forecasting: maintain a clean CRM, define clear stages and exit criteria, rigorously qualify leads, manage financial risks, utilize data, and optimize cross-team processes to enhance win rates and reduce cycle times.

• Oversee our largest partnership opportunities from start to finish, including positioning, solution design, pricing, proposal leadership, negotiation, and contracting.

• Cultivate relationships and establish account management practices that enhance value, such as regular check-ins, feedback loops, and clear success plans with shared key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Convert market signals into actionable strategies and delivery by informing product roadmaps, pricing strategies, implementation readiness, and scalable commercial models, focusing on measurable coverage and data quality outcomes.

• Build and nurture a high-performing team: recruit and onboard, establish standards and playbooks, conduct deal reviews and post-mortems, coach for excellence, and promote a healthy, inclusive culture.

• **What success looks like in the first 12-18 months:**

• Achieve three to five contract wins with a clear implementation plan, verified coverage increases, and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain a predictable, inspection-ready pipeline with defined stages, conversion benchmarks, and quarterly forecast accuracy within plus or minus 10 to 15 percent.

• Establish partnerships with 2 new Ministries of Health with clearly defined fundraising targets.

• **Skills:**

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or fundraising in global health, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

• Direct experience with Ministries of Health and major funders in LMICs, including knowledge of procurement, program design, and decision-making cycles.

• Strong commercial acumen: pipeline qualification, forecasting, CRM discipline, and thorough deal reviews that enhance the likelihood of success.

• Ability to convert program and data evidence into persuasive value propositions linked to coverage, accountability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Comfortable engaging with technical products in digital health, translating partner needs into clear solution outlines and articulating integrations, data flows, and privacy in accessible terms.

• Optional advantage: Previous M&E experience, either as a practitioner or direct user of programmatic data.
