Director of Strategic Growth – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of cash revenue expansion within wellness clinics.

• Guide, mentor, and enhance the Wellness Growth & Sales team.

• Establish weekly and monthly sales goals for each clinic.

• Enhance lead-to-consult and consult-to-enrollment conversion rates.

• Link marketing initiatives with tangible cash revenue outcomes.

• Develop new cash-pay offerings, packages, and promotional campaigns.

• Boost conversion rates and increase average patient value.

• Reactivate prior patients while driving repeat, renewal, and referral revenue.

• Spot opportunities within underutilized clinic/provider capacity.

• Introduce new wellness services and explore new markets.

• Create a commercial playbook for launching new clinics.

• Experiment with ideas and scale successful strategies.

• Collaborate with Marketing, healthcare providers, clinic leadership, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, growth, or revenue leadership.

• Ideally experienced in healthcare, consumer health, or another patient-facing sector.

• Personally accountable for achieving a significant revenue target.

• Developed and led a high-achieving sales/enrollment team.

• Proficient in CRM and funnel management.

• Proven history of enhancing conversion rates and revenue growth.

• Familiarity with cash-pay healthcare or direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns is a strong advantage.

• Commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities for clinics.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with providers, Marketing, and Operations.

• Understanding of payer-driven patient volumes, clinic financials, and the integration of insurance with cash services.
