Director of Solution Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Acts as the executive-level sponsor, guiding activities on behalf of Softeon to ensure that customers achieve or surpass their ROI objectives and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

• Provides managerial oversight for the planning, utilization, and execution of project resources across multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Responsible for overseeing various software professions, including the revenue and margin goals established periodically by the company.

• Engages in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new personnel within the department.

• Evaluates financial outcomes for various projects, including budgets, revenue forecasts, profitability, margin contributions, billable rates, resource utilization, realization, and anticipated profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software solutions and lifecycle management within the supply chain sector.

• At least 7 years of expertise in automated warehouse, distribution, labor, or transportation systems.

• A minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience is required.
