This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and implement the regional sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence.
• Take ownership of regional sales outcomes, which includes pipeline development, forecasting, quota achievement, and overall team performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team through continuous performance management, pipeline evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and activity expectations, while nurturing a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Drive new business development by supporting strategic initiatives, engaging with key clients, and assisting sales representatives in closing complex transactions.
• Manage Salesforce CRM and sales operations to ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
• Track sales metrics and pipeline health, providing actionable insights to enhance conversion rates, sales productivity, and forecast accuracy.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving as an escalation point for strategic accounts.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to achieve exceptional customer outcomes and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to shape product strategy, competitive positioning, and future business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, reporting standards, and operational best practices.
• Over 7 years of progressive sales experience in software, payments, or financial services.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and leading sales teams to meet quotas.
• Demonstrated capability in driving sales accountability, maintaining pipeline discipline, and adopting CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong leadership experience managing teams that are geographically dispersed.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and complex deal structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
