Director of Security Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Atmosera's 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC).

• Continuously enhance the maturity, scalability, and consistency of security operations.

• Take ownership of the operational delivery of Atmosera's MXDR services.

• Act as the executive operational leader for security operations that engage with clients.

• Provide technical guidance within Microsoft's security ecosystem.

• Lead the operational readiness for incident response activities.

• Ensure Security Operations aligns with Atmosera's Strategic Security Program.

• Recruit, cultivate, mentor, and retain top-tier security professionals.

• Comprehend the financial aspects that drive managed security services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise Security Operations or Managed Security Services.

• Operational Excellence — Proven ability to execute repeatable processes with meticulous attention to detail.

• Communication — Proficient in simplifying complex subjects into clear communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaboration — At ease working collaboratively across remote, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in work.

• Problem Solving — Utilizes data and customer feedback to pinpoint root causes and suggest scalable solutions.

• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CIS, CCSP, Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst, ITIL Foundation, or ITIL Managing Professional.
