This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Lead our global consulting division and manage strategic customer interactions across international markets.

• Accountable for commercial success, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

• Collaborate closely with executive management to enhance consulting capabilities.

• Build strong customer relationships and foster business expansion.

• Direct strategic customer engagements and manage executive stakeholder relationships.

• Assist Sales in developing business opportunities and tackling complex customer needs.

• Promote consulting excellence through standardized delivery models and governance frameworks.

• Cultivate leaders and enhance organizational competencies.

• Work in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance consulting services and the service portfolio.

• Spearhead organizational transformation projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Multiple years of leadership experience in SAP Consulting.

• Strong commercial insight and experience in customer engagement.

• Demonstrated success in managing consulting organizations.

• Background in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or heavily regulated sectors.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Robust business acumen and strategic mindset.

• NICE TO HAVE: SAP Certification.

• Experience in leading international consulting enterprises.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or SAP partner organizations.

• MBA or equivalent leadership credentials.
