This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, present, and secure new retail and wholesale accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Design and implement partnership strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.
• Oversee existing retail and channel relationships to enhance performance.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, promotions, and partnership conditions.
• Develop joint business plans in collaboration with key partners.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through retail or strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills with executives, buyers, and key stakeholders.
