This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and nurture a national team of approximately 11 enterprise-level Account Executives.
• Promote the adoption of Axon’s Drone as First Responder (DFR) network, facilitating agencies in utilizing drones for swift incident awareness.
• Assist customers in establishing scalable aerial response initiatives, encompassing drone dock installations, remote operations, and integration into everyday emergency workflows.
• Enhance the use of Axon’s counter-drone and airspace awareness solutions, aiding agencies and organizations in detecting and responding to unauthorized drones near sensitive areas or public events.
• Create and implement a go-to-market strategy for innovative aerial technologies in the public safety and government sectors.
• Forge strong partnerships with internal teams such as product, engineering, strategy, and operations to ensure customer feedback shapes the product development roadmap.
• Achieve measurable outcomes within a metric-focused, high-growth organization.
• Build trusted relationships with public safety leaders, aviation regulators, and government stakeholders.
• Over 6 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in complex SaaS and/or high-tech sectors.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience overseeing sales teams in complex or emerging technology markets.
• Experience in selling platform technologies or integrated solutions rather than standalone products.
• Comfortably navigate the intersection of SaaS, IoT, UAV technology, and real-time operational systems.
• Proven ability to excel in complex consultative sales cycles with quantifiable results.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to thrive in a metrics-driven organization.
• Experience in cultivating cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Ability to articulate a future vision, especially in emerging markets and early-stage product categories.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and contemporary sales tools.
