This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the account sales team by establishing a robust pipeline of fresh opportunities.
• Foster sustainable and profitable growth in market share with both existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate a rolling three-year strategic plan/roadmap for expansion.
• Create annual business plans, monitor monthly progress against these plans, and work alongside the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Support the career advancement of the sales team by facilitating training and skill development as necessary.
• Accelerate top-line revenue growth at a pace exceeding that of the overall customer industries while ensuring profitability.
• Relay Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights and market trends to aid in product development, investments, and innovation initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Application/Sales Engineering, Business Development, Sales, or Sales Management within an industrial component company.
• Highly motivated, relentlessly curious, and entrepreneurial in nature.
• Driven by achievements and a strong desire to succeed.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive and enduring relationships with both internal and external customers at all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams without having formal authority.
• Excels in a collaborative team environment.
• Serve as a leader; teach, coach, mentor, and exemplify professionalism within the organization.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the relevant industry as well as customer products, business strategies, financials, and competitive dynamics.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer value propositions.
• Welcomes change to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track record of success and career advancement within an industrial products company.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
