This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the growth of RavenVolt’s front-of-the-meter (FTM) sales strategy to meet revenue, margin, and expansion goals for BESS.
• Create and spearhead strategic growth initiatives within key utility and developer market segments, including FTM developers, independent power producers (IPPs), co-ops, and municipalities.
• Generate new project development opportunities while fostering long-term relationships with current customer asset owners.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes from qualification through commercial structuring and contract execution for utility-scale BESS.
• Establish and maintain executive-level connections with decision-makers at utilities, developers, and power producers.
• Direct collaborative account planning efforts, creating multi-year growth strategies linked to project pipelines and investment cycles.
• Promote effective utilization of CRM tools (Salesforce) for tracking pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
• Supervise pricing strategies, proposals, and financial modeling tailored to FTM BESS applications.
• Work in conjunction with engineering, project development, and operations teams to ensure feasibility of system designs, proposal deliverables, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Represent RavenVolt at industry events, utility conferences, BESS trade shows, and customer briefings.
• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory shifts, ISO/RTO developments, and competitive dynamics within the front-of-the-meter energy storage sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience and success, ideally in FTM energy storage or wholesale power initiatives.
• Proven track record of selling complex, value-driven technical or energy infrastructure solutions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in energy market revenues, capacity modeling, and project return on investment (ROI).
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working in engineering and project delivery environments.
• In-depth knowledge of grid-connected power projects (preferably BESS), interconnection processes, ISO/RTO market frameworks, and utility procurement cycles.
• Expected travel approximately 25%, fluctuating with trade shows, customer site visits, and corporate events.
• Eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
