This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Drive profitable growth in the PCHC sector by collaborating with manufacturers to design, justify, and deliver integrated capital equipment solutions that enhance throughput, food safety, and operational efficiency—while fostering long-term customer relationships and ensuring a predictable pipeline.
• Expand the North American customer base within the PCHC market.
• Meet with clients and lead the sales team (both internal and external) in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Develop and execute market-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets and advance the company’s mission.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounts in the PCHC market, developing and executing business development strategies with identified top targets that are best positioned to provide sustainable revenue for ProMach Integrated Solutions and Zarpac Canada.
• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies and presentations that highlight PMIS’s value proposition and solutions for key opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize customer agreements in collaboration with management and the applications team.
• Encourage, promote, and facilitate cross-selling of company-wide products, services, capabilities, and systems with a focus on expanding ProMach’s global business.
• Cultivate a customer-oriented approach and develop consultative relationships with clients.
• Build and maintain high-profile external relationships with customer constituents, trade organizations, etc.
• Assist in developing sales/marketing operational budgets.
• Contribute to sales forecasting efforts and establish performance goals that align with management objectives.
• Represent the company at trade shows and association meetings to promote our organization and products.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales and integration in the PCHC market.
• Proven leadership abilities as a sales/business development executive within the PCHC, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
• Established track record in building business and customer relationships.
• Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability.
• Accountability and ownership mindset.
• Expertise in pricing strategy and margin management.
• Proficient in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders (plant, engineering, procurement, executives).
• Strong communication and contract negotiation leadership skills.
• Proven history of increasing revenues to meet benchmarks and company objectives.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for system concept design.
• Strong understanding of justification (ROI, payback, throughput improvement).
• Extensive travel across North America will be required to achieve targets for in-person customer visits and sales goals.
