Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manages the daily operations of the Electrical Division

• Achieves the Division's sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Guides, leads, and develops the Industrial outside sales team

• Establishes new processes to enhance operational efficiency

• Represents the organization and its manufacturers effectively in the marketplace

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in business administration or a related discipline

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Management position

• Familiarity with various CRM platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
