This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute a high-volume outbound strategy (calls, email, LinkedIn) to cultivate and oversee a robust pipeline of health system prospects.
• Navigate and engage with complex, multi-stakeholder health systems, ranging from supply chain directors to CEOs, CFOs, Surgical Services, PeriOperative leaders, and CDIOs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closures for new hospital and health system accounts.
• Articulate Clarium's value proposition in financial and operational terms that resonate with C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with founding and revenue leadership to enhance messaging, positioning, and sales processes as the team expands.
• Maintain precise and current pipeline and forecast data to facilitate accurate revenue planning.
• Develop a repeatable sales playbook for engaging healthcare providers that other team members can utilize as we grow.
• A proactive "Hunter" who is motivated to implement their own strategic plan every day.
• Experience in a Healthtech Startup environment: you've operated in a setting without a fully developed playbook, brand recognition, or a substantial SDR/marketing engine behind you. You THRIVE in ambiguity and take ownership of your actions.
• Strong relationships: With your extensive experience in selling to large health systems/IDNs, you have established champions in the marketplace who can provide guidance and valuable entry points for new sales. Bonus points for existing CFO connections.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outbound activities while adeptly engaging and closing C-suite (CFO/CIO-level) discussions.
• Proven history of full-cycle sales ownership: prospecting, qualifying, and closing, rather than only handling warm inbound leads.
• A strong desire for ownership and impact, with a focus on shaping the business rather than merely meeting quotas.
• Enjoys the challenges of the grind, embraces sarcasm, welcomes direct feedback, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, BANT, or others.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience in proforma and/or business case development.
• Proficient in AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Incentive Stock Options aligned with your salary.
• Fully remote work arrangement, with an NYC co-working space available; a distributed team across multiple time zones with opportunities for in-person collaboration.
• Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Competitive health, vision, and dental benefits.
• 401K plan.
• The opportunity to contribute to a strong foundational team with deep data and engineering expertise at a stage where your work significantly influences the product.
• A dynamic, high-growth environment where we rapidly address critical healthcare challenges.
• The ability to empower frontline healthcare workers by automating the administrative burdens they face daily.
• Collaborative work with a talented team of clinicians, engineers, and revenue leaders.
• A market-competitive base salary tailored to your expertise and the role's requirements.
• Top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance options.
• A commitment to diversity, actively seeking voices and backgrounds that are underrepresented in healthtech.
• A culture founded on camaraderie, open feedback, and celebrating our collective achievements.
