📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture marketing managers and senior professionals within field marketing, events, and demand capture functions, enhancing team performance through strategic coaching, performance management, and talent development to establish high-performing regional marketing capabilities.

• Define short- to mid-term strategic priorities for the regional marketing sub-function, converting global marketing goals into actionable regional plans that yield measurable pipeline contributions and revenue impacts.

• Oversee and implement nCino’s regional conference and events portfolio, encompassing corporate-hosted events and third-party conferences, ensuring alignment with global objectives while optimizing ROI, attendee engagement, and pipeline generation.

• Propel regional marketing strategies including MQL conversion, targeted nurture campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and business development execution that expedite qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing to ensure smooth transitions from demand generation to regionally focused conversion programs, establishing clear KPIs, attribution models, and operational processes across pipeline stages.

• Partner with sales leadership and Product Marketing to execute global go-to-market strategies, crafting field marketing approaches tailored to regional market segments and ensuring that messaging and tactics resonate with each audience’s distinct needs and buying behaviors.

• Work in tandem with regional marketing colleagues to share strategies, assets, and best practices, contributing to the creation of scalable programs that can be adapted across various markets.

• Manage budget planning and resource allocation across regional marketing functions, demonstrating financial accountability while optimizing spending efficiency, ROI, and pipeline contributions.

• Establish operational excellence through standardized processes, role frameworks, and project management discipline across field marketing, events, and conversion programs, while ensuring compliance with regional privacy regulations.

• Utilize marketing automation, CRM analytics, and attribution modeling to evaluate program performance, provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, and continuously enhance regional strategies based on conversion metrics and pipeline results.

• Foster innovation in event formats and field marketing strategies, integrating emerging technologies, virtual and hybrid experiences, and creative engagement methods that set nCino apart in the competitive financial services landscape.

• Employ AI tools and techniques to improve work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to enhance accuracy, save time, and reduce errors.

• Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, enhance customer experience, and increase team productivity while ensuring that its application delivers measurable value, promoting innovation and smarter working methods.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant professional experience with 4+ years of people management experience, including direct oversight of marketing managers or senior professionals; or an advanced degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience with 3+ years of people management experience; or an equivalent combination of experience.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing marketing managers and senior professionals with a proven ability to coach, develop, and enhance team performance across field marketing or regional marketing functions.

• Extensive expertise in B2B SaaS or technology field marketing, including events management, account-based marketing, lead conversion strategies, and pipeline acceleration programs, with a history of delivering measurable outcomes.

• Proven capability to set and execute short- to mid-term marketing strategies for a specific sub-function or region, translating broader organizational objectives into targeted field programs with well-defined KPIs and attribution models.

• Strong operational and financial acumen, including experience in managing marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and demonstrating ROI on regional marketing investments to senior leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools to assess campaign performance, pipeline contributions, and inform data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with sales leadership, product marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement integrated go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in establishing standardized processes, operational frameworks, and project management disciplines across multi-functional marketing teams, along with familiarity with regional data privacy requirements.
