• Spearhead regional business initiatives that align with global quality and training objectives.
• Establish and execute regional quality strategies that support the organization's goals.
• Build, guide, and mentor the regional quality team to cultivate a culture of high performance.
• Develop succession planning and talent development programs specifically for quality and training roles.
• Ensure the region consistently maintains a GDP / ISO audit-ready status.
• Conduct internal quality audits and customer audits; provide support for external regulatory inspections.
• Supervise the maintenance of regional and local quality certifications.
• Guarantee that documentation complies with ALCOA+ principles and is easily accessible.
• Manage and facilitate qualification processes for equipment and systems.
• Track regional KPIs and utilize data to promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in regional management review meetings and communicate findings to global leadership.
• Oversee the execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and ensure timely resolution of deviations.
• Support sales teams on quality-related matters for both new and existing customers.
• Lead intricate investigations and ensure prompt resolution of quality concerns.
• Participate in global QA meetings to exchange best practices and regulatory updates.
• Define regional training requirements based on customer, regulatory, and compliance demands.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of onboarding training for new associates and continuous education programs.
• Establish training KPIs and ensure compliance across the region.
• Ensure effective use and management of training systems, including content, user setup, and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in regional or global quality roles.
• In-depth knowledge of GxP, ISO standards, and international good distribution practice requirements.
• Proficiency in audits, CAPA management, change control, and oversight of training programs.
• Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complexity and drive results across regional teams.
• Collaborative attitude and readiness to support cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
