📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Lifecycle: Establish and uphold a cohesive Stage-Gate process (e.g., Intake → Discovery → Alignment → Execution → Post-Launch).

• Gatekeeping: Guarantee clear entry and exit criteria along with decision frameworks at each gate to reduce "scope churn" and rework.

• Strategic Mapping: Ensure every project within the portfolio is precisely aligned with Company OKRs and includes a solid risk mitigation plan.

• Trade-off Analysis: Highlight essential trade-offs concerning cost, timing, and complexity to empower senior leadership in making durable decisions.

• Master Portfolio Ownership: Ensure 100% data integrity across all initiatives, providing a "single source of truth."

• Executive Storytelling: Convert data from over 50 concurrent workstreams into bi-weekly, high-impact ELT reports that support swift decision-making.

• Automation & ROI: Collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics to shift manual tracking into real-time, automated visualization tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, or Atlas).

• Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of "Extreme Ownership" and execution excellence.

• Cross-Functional Training: Educate Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on effective project management practices and Stage-Gate processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to identify "information dark spots" and delivery bottlenecks, promoting lean improvements throughout the organization.

• Enhance the predictability, speed, and quality of project delivery.

• Foster accountability across teams for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

• Lead retrospectives and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Optimize tools (e.g., Smartsheet) to enable scalable execution.
