
Director of Program Management, Payor Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily operational relationship with each payor partner, acting as their main point of contact to ensure programs run effectively while fostering growth in the partnership.
• Oversee cross-functional program execution across clinical, commercial, engineering, and operations teams, managing launches and ongoing activities according to scope, timeline, and contractual obligations.
• Implement a structured project management methodology: establish project plans, milestones, decision-making rights, and operational rhythms, monitor progress, and hold each team accountable to their commitments.
• Define and take ownership of program KPIs, which encompass enrollment and consent conversion, implementation milestones, service levels, program efficiency, as well as quality and outcome metrics, while reporting on performance and initiating corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Develop a standardized payor operating model and playbook to ensure consistency in launches, workflows, and best practices.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 8 years in program management, payor or provider operations, healthcare strategy, or similar roles is essential. Experience with a leading consulting firm is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate, high-pressure client or partner relationships with discipline, high emotional intelligence, and prudent long-term judgment.
• Exceptional program and project management capabilities, with a proven history of overseeing cross-functional delivery to meet scope, timeline, and quality standards across various teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable with defining KPIs, working in spreadsheets and BI tools, and utilizing data to monitor program performance.
• Sound business acumen, with the ability to detect risks and opportunities early and present well-reasoned recommendations.
• Clear and concise communication skills along with an executive presence, fostering a collaborative, team-oriented approach across functions.
• Thrives in high-paced, uncertain environments with a sense of ownership. Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or Medicare Advantage is a plus.
