Director of Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and implement process enhancements along with the creation of policies, procedures, methods, and tools to support service delivery.

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of projects and deliverables while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with different teams across the organization, including Sales and Sales Operations, to ensure alignment of resources with both short- and long-term demands.

• Act as an advocate for customers by directing information and addressing their needs within the organization.

• Provide reports on staffing, utilization, project status, and financial performance to Senior Leadership and the Board.

• Create and maintain current profiles of skills, knowledge, and competencies for the Professional Services team.

• Accurately estimate and forecast monthly delivery revenue.

• Stay informed about the latest product offerings.

• Conduct online and on-site presentations tailored to the specific needs of each prospective customer.

• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of management experience in Professional or Technical Services, ideally within a SaaS environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships.

• Experience working collaboratively with international teams and remote colleagues.

• Background in software/hardware implementation or consultative roles (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to utilize data for analyzing results and making informed, data-driven decisions.

• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a dedication to delivering a premier service experience.

• Proficiency in quickly adapting to new software and ever-changing business requirements.

• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.

• Expertise in establishing new service capabilities to support growth, scalability, and global reach.
