This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the product roadmap aligned with business strategies, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
• Oversee the entire Product Management and Product Development Lifecycles, from discovery, PRDs, prioritization, to delivery, launch, adoption, and end-of-life phases.
• Manage features, user stories, and requirements while analyzing customer needs to facilitate rapid prototype development.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to transition from concept to clickable prototype swiftly.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives and enable stakeholders, including positioning, messaging, launch materials, demo scripts, competitive battlecards, and internal training.
• Create use cases for both commercial and public-sector buyer personas, covering SOC operations, CTI, threat hunting, incident response, and intelligence sharing.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams based in India to align priorities and resolve delivery obstacles.
• Propel AI-native product functionalities, including model selection, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and time-to-value metrics for analysts.
• Guide go-to-market strategies and product marketing for various segments and pricing models.
• Enhance product usability and define the vision for user-interface design.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial ideation through to migration.
• Oversee the product backlog and suggest technical strategies.
• Engage in development, testing, and deployment reviews.
• Provide proof-of-concept support to Sales Engineering and potential customers.
• Demonstrate and conduct training on the product for field teams, operational staff, and key customers.
• Report to the Chief Product Officer, advising on product strategy, portfolio choices, and priorities for North American customers.
• Represent the product during customer briefings, demonstrations, QBRs, and other external engagements.
• Contribute to driving product innovation across the organization.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B-focused product-based organization.
• Proven track record of defining and launching high-quality products or tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• A background in cybersecurity is preferred; hands-on experience in developing and delivering enterprise security products is strongly favored.
• Experience with Threat Intelligence, TIP, SOAR, or SIEM is strongly preferred.
• Experience in launching products utilized by U.S. federal, state, or local government clients.
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP Moderate/High authorizations, ATO processes, GovCloud, IL4/IL5, boundary controls, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in shipping AI/ML-powered features and managing AI/ML roadmaps.
• Understanding of model trade-offs, latency, hallucination risks, evaluation pipelines, and AI-native security products.
• Familiarity with LLM agent architectures, including tool use, planning, memory, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Strong comprehension of SOC analysts, CTI leads, threat hunters, IR responders, and CISOs along with their tools, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, TIP, and ticketing systems.
• Experience in startup execution and 0-1 product development.
• Proficient in writing PRDs, conducting customer discovery, defining success metrics, and iterative shipping.
• Experience utilizing usage data, NPS signals, and win/loss patterns for informed decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically approximately 15–25% of the time.
• A technical bachelor's degree is required.
• Skills in UX and/or User Interface Design are a significant advantage.
