Director of Product Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and Implement Partner Strategy: Take ownership of the complete partner ecosystem and map its landscape.

• Establish Channel and Revenue Partnerships: Initiate and expand referral and reseller programs from the ground up.

• Cultivate VC and High-Influence Referrals: Oversee tailored VC-led referral channels with established quality metrics.

• Propel Ecosystem and Integration Partnerships: Identify and implement strategic technological integrations in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Support Partners and Operations: Develop onboarding processes and performance tracking systems in conjunction with various departments.

• Deliver Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of legal tech and AI trends, providing insights to multiple teams.

• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with different departments to ensure alignment of partnerships with overarching objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling partner initiatives (channel/revenue, integrations, strategic alliances).

• Proven history of sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and managing partnerships (resellers, ISVs, VCs, advisors).

• Experience in designing incentive frameworks, enablement initiatives, attribution models, and performance analysis.

• Strong ability to collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and leadership teams.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and leveraging data to enhance programs.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and communication.
