This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take charge of Talkiatry's clinician positioning, messaging, and employer value proposition.
• Own and enhance the employer brand for key clinician demographics.
• Conduct and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to clinicians.
• Serve as the clinician voice within Operations, Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition.
• Plan and implement recruitment marketing campaigns from initial awareness to completed applications.
• Manage and expand the career site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, clinician CRM, and lifecycle programs.
• Drive demand generation through web channels, Doximity, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various paid and organic platforms.
• Provide support to Talent Acquisition with messaging, materials, and audience insights.
• Oversee external agencies, contractors, and media partnerships.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance the candidate journey and integrate clinician-centric initiatives into broader marketing strategies.
• Create materials for clinicians, including landing pages, emails, recruiting collateral, and thought leadership content.
• Monitor applicant volume, cost per qualified applicant, conversion rates to hire, expenditure, and go-to-market priorities.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or consumer marketing; candidates with 8+ years of exceptional, directly relevant experience may also be considered.
• Proven experience managing critical business launches and multi-stakeholder go-to-market initiatives.
• In-depth expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• A history of transforming audience research into distinctive value propositions.
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative audience research and insights.
• Practical experience in managing and operating marketing channels, which may include web, career sites, organic social media, CRM/lifecycle, or paid media.
• Experience in healthcare provider or clinician marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools for audience and content insights, content production, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and manage multiple priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify.
