Director of Product Management – Developer Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product managers dedicated to APILayer, Filestack, Froala, and FusionCharts.

• Formulate and uphold a consistent product strategy for each of the four offerings.

• Engage in continuous customer discovery and competitor analysis.

• Effectively convey product strategy, roadmap priorities, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, messaging, and launch preparedness.

• Partner with engineering leadership to manage sequencing, capacity, and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant product management experience in developer tools, API solutions, or B2B SaaS for developers.

• Previous experience in managing product managers.

• Knowledge of the embedded software or developer component landscape.

• Proficient in discussing REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, authentication, and integration patterns with engineering teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience or familiarity with pricing and packaging for API-driven or usage-based products.
