Director of Product Management – AI Transformation, Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise AI roadmap that aligns with business priorities and corporate transformation goals.

• Establish frameworks for responsible AI, data privacy and security, AI risk management, technology evaluation, and investment governance.

• Create an operating model to identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale AI opportunities effectively.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define measurable business value derived from AI initiatives.

• Identify and deploy AI solutions across various functions including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and administrative roles.

• Promote the adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, accelerate insights, and improve decision-making processes.

• Assess AI-powered knowledge management, document intelligence, employee assistants, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, and process optimization.

• Establish success metrics and evaluate the business impact of AI investments.

• Oversee the product lifecycle for enterprise AI capabilities from discovery to implementation and scaling.

• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions in collaboration with technology, data, and functional leaders.

• Manage proofs of concept, pilots, and innovation initiatives to drive AI adoption.

• Assess emerging AI capabilities and external technologies.

• Connect business leaders with technology teams, data teams, and AI partners to foster collaboration.

• Build partnerships with internal teams and external AI providers to enhance capabilities.

• Establish programs for AI literacy and enablement across the organization.

• Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of data product managers, analysts, and engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, and AI leadership roles.

• Ideally, experience within digital products or consumer ecosystems is preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully building or scaling AI initiatives across an organization.

• Strong technical proficiency in AI/ML model deployment and governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver measurable business results through data-driven approaches.

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at the executive level.

• A deep passion for transforming data into personalized and immersive customer experiences.

• Capability to build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of data product managers, analysts, and engineers.

• Ability to cultivate an Agile, high-performance culture within teams.

• Capacity to partner effectively with engineering and AI research leaders.

• Familiarity with current trends in data, AI, and machine learning.
