This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
β’ Take charge of the Lab bet portfolio by assessing opportunities, establishing entry and exit criteria, and making decisive calls on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing initiatives. Keep an ongoing exploration backlog visible.
β’ Design experiments centered on the single most significant assumption at risk. Set kill criteria prior to development. Select the appropriate level of fidelity (prototype, spike, wizard-of-oz, no-code, live pilot). Move quickly and prioritize learning speed.
β’ Integrate findings into clear, opinionated recommendations, articulating what was tested, what was learned, and what remains uncertain. Eliminate ineffective initiatives β every experiment culminates in a decision.
β’ When a bet demonstrates a strong signal, prepare validated hypotheses, evidence packs, risks, and a proposed scaling strategy. Fully transfer ownership.
β’ Identify and finalize lighthouse pilots with a defined scope, metrics, and exit strategies. Recognize enabling partners and participate in strategic discussions to advance pilots towards business validation.
β’ Create a repeatable Lab Operating System that includes pipeline reviews, kill reviews, demo days, and post-mortems.
β’ Leverage AI tools to expedite research, synthesis, and prototyping. Investigate AI-driven product concepts with a pragmatic approach to cost, data, and accuracy. Document decision memos and transparently share insights from unsuccessful experiments.
β’ 8β10+ years of experience in Product with a solid 0β1 track record.
β’ Personally managed multiple high-risk bets with clear go/kill decisions.
β’ At least 3 years of experience managing PMs in a player-coach or group lead role.
β’ Proficient in various validation tools: discovery, prototypes, engineered MVPs β understands the appropriate context for each.
β’ Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Go-To-Market teams; comfortable in pre-sales and pilot environments.
β’ Background in scenarios where learning speed was prioritized over polish and where there was a tangible downside risk.
β’ Practical experience utilizing AI as a tool for product development and exploration.
β’ Capable of rapidly prototyping with LLMs, APIs, or modern tools to deliver functional prototypes.
β’ Able to realistically scope AI experiments and assess feasibility without complete engineering validation.
β’ Skilled at identifying capability shifts and converting them into testable hypotheses.
β’ Competent in evaluating build versus buy versus partner decisions.
β’ 31 days of paid time off.
β’ 100% covered telemedicine plan.
β’ Assistance with home office setup.
