This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the Lab bet portfolio. Assess opportunities, establish entry/exit criteria, and make decisive choices on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing projects.
• Design experiments focusing on the most critical assumptions. Define kill criteria prior to development. Select the appropriate fidelity (prototype, spike, wizard-of-oz, no-code, live pilot). Move quickly while safeguarding the pace of learning.
• Integrate results into well-informed recommendations. Clearly communicate what was tested, the insights gained, and the uncertainties that remain.
• When a bet demonstrates a strong signal, prepare validated hypotheses, evidence packs, risk assessments, and a proposed scaling strategy. Fully transfer ownership.
• Identify and secure lighthouse pilots with clear objectives, metrics, and exit strategies. Recognize enabling partners and participate in strategic discussions to advance pilots towards business validation.
• Develop a repeatable Lab Operating System, including pipeline reviews, kill reviews, demo days, and post-mortems.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, and prototyping. Investigate AI-driven product ideas with a realistic perspective on cost, data, and accuracy. Publish decision memos and openly share insights from unsuccessful experiments.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Product with a proven track record of taking ideas from 0 to 1.
• Directly managed multiple high-risk bets with clear go/kill decisions.
• At least 3 years of experience managing PMs (as a player-coach or group lead).
• Proficiency in validation tools: discovery, prototypes, engineered MVPs — understands when each tool is appropriate.
• Cross-functional leadership experience across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM; comfortable in pre-sales and pilot environments.
• Background in situations where learning speed was prioritized over polish and real downside risk was present.
• Practical experience utilizing AI as a tool for product development and exploration.
• Capable of prototyping with LLMs, APIs, or modern tools and delivering functional prototypes swiftly.
• Able to realistically scope AI experiments and assess feasibility without complete engineering validation.
• Skilled at identifying capability shifts and transforming them into testable hypotheses.
• Evaluates decisions regarding build versus buy versus partner options.
• Comprehensive private medical insurance for employees and their families.
• 23 paid vacation days annually.
• 11 paid public holidays each year.
