This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Portfolio & Strategy: Take ownership of the Lab bet portfolio. Assess opportunities, establish entry and exit criteria, and make definitive decisions on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing initiatives. Keep a transparent exploration backlog.
• Experimentation: Design experiments focused on the single most critical assumption. Set kill criteria prior to development. Select the appropriate fidelity (prototype, spike, wizard-of-oz, no-code, live pilot). Deliver quickly and prioritize learning speed.
• Investment Decisions: Consolidate results into well-informed recommendations. Clearly communicate what was tested, what was learned, and what remains uncertain. Terminate ineffective initiatives — every experiment concludes with a decision.
• Handoffs: When a bet demonstrates significant potential, prepare validated hypotheses, evidence packs, risks, and a proposed scaling model. Ensure complete transfer of ownership.
• GTM & Partnerships: Identify and secure lighthouse pilots with defined scope, metrics, and exit strategies. Recognize enabling partners and participate in strategic discussions to advance pilots towards business validation.
• Team: Develop a repeatable Lab Operating System (including pipeline reviews, kill reviews, demo days, and post-mortems).
• AI & Transparency: Leverage AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, and prototyping. Investigate AI-enabled product concepts with a pragmatic view on cost, data, and accuracy. Publish decision memos and openly share insights from failed experiments.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Product with a demonstrated track record of 0→1 success.
• Directly managed several high-risk bets with clear go/kill decisions.
• 3+ years of experience leading PMs (player-coach or group lead).
• Proficient in various validation tools: discovery, prototypes, engineered MVPs — understands when each is suitable.
• Cross-functional leadership experience across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM; comfortable in pre-sales/pilot environments.
• Background where learning speed was prioritized over polish and where real downside risk existed.
• Practical experience utilizing AI as a tool for product development and exploration.
• Ability to prototype using LLMs, APIs, or modern tools and deliver a functional prototype efficiently.
• Capable of realistically scoping AI experiments and assessing feasibility without complete engineering validation.
• Skilled at identifying capability shifts and transforming them into testable hypotheses.
• Evaluates decisions on whether to build, buy, or partner.
• 31 days of paid time off.
• 100% covered telemedicine plan.
• Assistance with home office setup.
• Access to English learning courses.
• Budget for professional education.
• Membership for gym or swimming pool.
• Co-working support.
• Fully remote work opportunity.
