This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Take ownership of the Lab bet portfolio. Assess opportunities, establish entry and exit criteria, and make decisive calls on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing projects. Keep an active exploration backlog.
• Design experiments centered around the most critical assumptions. Set kill criteria prior to development. Select the appropriate fidelity level (prototype, spike, wizard-of-oz, no-code, live pilot). Move swiftly while safeguarding the pace of learning.
• Consolidate results into clear, actionable recommendations. Clearly communicate what was tested, what insights were gained, and what remains uncertain. Discontinue ineffective initiatives — each experiment concludes with a decision.
• When a bet indicates a strong signal, prepare validated hypotheses, evidence packs, risk assessments, and a proposed scaling strategy. Fully transfer ownership.
• Identify and finalize lighthouse pilots with defined scopes, metrics, and off-ramps. Recognize enabling partners and participate in strategic discussions to advance pilots towards business validation.
• Develop a repeatable Lab Operating System (including pipeline reviews, kill reviews, demo days, and post-mortems).
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, and prototyping efforts. Investigate AI-enabled product concepts with a practical perspective on cost, data, and accuracy. Publish decision memos and openly share insights from failed experiments.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Product with a demonstrated track record of 0→1 success.
• Personally managed multiple high-risk bets with clear go/kill decisions.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing PMs (in a player-coach or group lead role).
• Proficient in various validation tools: discovery, prototypes, engineered MVPs — understands when to apply each.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM; comfortable in pre-sales and pilot environments.
• Background where learning speed was prioritized over polish and genuine downside risks were present.
• Practical experience utilizing AI as a tool for product development and exploration.
• Capable of prototyping with LLMs, APIs, or modern tools and delivering a functional prototype quickly.
• Able to realistically scope AI experiments and assess feasibility without comprehensive engineering validation.
• Skilled at identifying capability shifts and translating them into testable hypotheses.
• Assesses build vs. buy vs. partner options effectively.
• 31 days of paid time off.
• 100% covered telemedicine plan.
• Assistance with home office setup.
• English language learning courses.
• Budget for professional education.
• Membership for gym or swimming pool.
• Support for co-working spaces.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
