Director of Product Design – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Create an enterprise-grade SaaS experience that promotes repeat usage.

• Incorporate internal sharing, collaboration, and referral mechanisms.

• Ensure feature UX corresponds with enterprise purchasing cycles and expansion logic.

• Transform satisfied users into internal advocates throughout various departments.

• Define and uphold scalable UX and visual frameworks.

• Create global UX standards that cater to enterprise audiences.

• Maintain consistency across dashboards, analytics, and workflow modules.

• Continuously improve usability as platform complexity evolves.

• Design interfaces that facilitate deeper data exploration.

• Enhance dashboards and alerts to boost recurring engagement.

• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align design with revenue objectives.

• Oversee the complete design lifecycle from concept through post-launch optimization.

• Rapidly prototype and conduct testing with real users.

• Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity execution.

• Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops for ongoing refinement.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Present design strategies and results to executive leadership.

• Translate complex data functionalities into user-friendly experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design, particularly with enterprise involvement.

• Proven ability to design engaging, referral-driven B2B products.

• Significant experience in designing dashboards and data visualizations.

• Profound understanding of the psychology behind enterprise adoption.

• Exceptional skills in Figma and in developing scalable design systems.

• Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and usage metrics.

• Capability to function as a high-output individual contributor.
