This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the primary insurance funnel from start to finish, serving as the key revenue engine.
• Enhance Revenue Per Visitor, improve conversion rates, and focus on traffic-driven monetization.
• Set product benchmarks, establish growth objectives, and prioritize the quantitative roadmap.
• Develop and implement a long-term vision for the transactional insurance funnel.
• Create customized user journeys and monetization strategies based on acquisition sources, partner channels, and user intent.
• Guide, mentor, and elevate the operational standards for a team of Product Managers.
• Maintain team focus through collaborative prioritization, capacity management, and ROI alignment.
• Utilize advanced optimization techniques, such as multi-armed bandit modeling and multivariate testing.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to review tracking systems and address any gaps in conversion-journey data.
• Establish primary and secondary KPIs that reflect product-driven revenue.
• Work in partnership with engineering, design, data analytics, and commercial teams.
• Report directly to product leadership.
• Aid in simplifying the process of shopping for car and home insurance through The Zebra's online tools, services, and licensed agents.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• More than 3 years of direct experience in managing and scaling high-performing Product Manager teams.
• A proven history of owning high-volume, consumer-facing conversion funnels.
• Experience in driving traffic-oriented monetization within complex transactional settings.
• Extensive knowledge in traffic segmentation and dynamic user flows that align with acquisition channels and intent profiles.
• Proficiency in quantitative prioritization, product benchmarking, and understanding commercial unit economics (RPV, CAC, LTV, conversion velocity).
• Familiarity with advanced experimentation methodologies, including multi-armed bandit algorithms, multivariate testing, and algorithmic yield management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in defending roadmap integrity, communicating trade-offs, and persuading senior stakeholders with data.
• Capability to work remotely across the United States.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
