This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Checkout & Seller Experience domain.
• Function as the General Manager of your organization, taking ownership of key metrics such as seller activation and retention.
• Motivate, mentor, and develop a team comprising product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Collaborate across various departments, including Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Utilize data and seller insights to prioritize initiatives aimed at enhancing marketplace quality and boosting seller confidence.
• Create a functional team to ensure smooth seller experiences and maintain technical excellence.
• Advocate for the seller in strategic discussions, influencing decisions across the company.
• Cultivate a detailed understanding of managing a successful watch business.
• Demonstrated success in senior product leadership roles within B2B, marketplace, or seller-focused environments.
• Extensive domain knowledge regarding the seller aspect of a marketplace.
• Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in leveraging data and experimentation for strategic planning and performance evaluation.
• Commitment to industry-leading standards and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Global perspective with expertise in international markets.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
